Mr. Imran Mir
Practice Manager

Imran-Mir-1
My diverse background includes a first degree in engineering and an MBA from a leading global university coupled with over 25 years of international work experience across India, Canada and UK in sectors ranging from Customer Care to IT, Recruitment, & Financial services and now practice management. This has helped me in creating a unique blend of exposure to cross industry best practices and modern management thought. Further, this has provided me with an ability to focus my attention to the development of a business enterprise and develop a flair for latest trends in the NHS.

I have over 15 years of extensive practice management experience managing GP surgeries of varying list sizes. I have an advance level of expertise in EMIS Web. I endeavour to provide leadership and management skills to develop and deliver a strategic plan for the future of the practice, and to be responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable running of the practice, ensuring the well-being of patients, clinical and non-clinical staff with an oversight of all CQC requirements.
